Single Adult - Hiking/Biking

Single Adult bike rides are geared toward the tourist-level rider. Single Adults of all faiths and their children are welcome. You must wear a helmet. Submit your email address to nashtaxman@hotmail.com to receive cancellation notices as well as the weekly Bikers/Hikers Digest (your e-mail address will be held in strict confidence).  All rides start at 10 am, unless otherwise noted.

  • Sepember 4 Biking - Lakeland Trails State Park (Hamburg Twnshp).  Tour the Rail-Trail and dine on the roof of Zuckey Lake Tavern.
  • September 6 Biking - Cass Benton Woods - Monday Holiday Bike Ride and Picnic!  The SPM picnic will follow the ride at 12 pm.  Bring $5 and a side dish or dessert.
  • September 11 Biking - Bandemer Park (Ann Arbor) - Ride to Ypsilanti; 22 miles round trip.  Optional lunch at Sidetrack at halfway point.
  • September 18 Biking - South Lyon High School - Ride to Island Lake State Park.  Optional lunch at the Senate.
  • September 25 Biking - Nankin Mill Admin Offices parking lot (Hines Drive).  Optional lunch at Quiznos on Telegraph on return leg of ride.
