Ladies Exercise

Join us Mondays and Thursdays as we get up and get moving. Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to participate in this simple walking program. Wear comfortable clothing, and good athletic shoes. Small hand weights are optional. Walk-ins are welcome. Men are also welcome to participate.
